Begin by eating the healthy foods on this list. Just by virtue of eating these healthy foods, right from the start, and avoiding the unhealthy foods, you can begin your healing process. Keep in mind - not every food you can eat is listed - just the more important ones - if you avoid the trigger foods on the No List of unhealthy foods you will be fine.

Vegetable juice will be much better for you than fruit juice.

Be sure to scrub and peel the vegetables first. Buy Organic if you can. This does not include sun-bathing for hours at a time or endless hours spent outdoors. We are talking about 15 minutes or so to begin. A few minutes a day is good for your whole system. You can start with a few minutes and build up to a bit longer exposure over a period of time.

Sunshine is an important link in your healthy living program. Just being outside can break up the tedium of your day.
