When most people are asked what are the most important things in their lives, they will usually say something like:
"My family" - "My friends" - "Security" (i.e. Money).

The answer should be "My Good Health"
is the most important thing to me!

Does this sound like a selfish answer?
Not at all - think about it for a moment.

If you do not try everything in your power to re-gain and/or maintain your good health - you will eventually lose everything that you treasure. You may not lose it all right away, but if you permit your health to erode - your Quality of Life will be impacted and compromised.

Not only will you lose - your family will lose - your friends will lose. Why? Because they will lose you! Not literally, of course, but if your good health begins to fade you will begin to notice all the things you are unable to do anymore. Your life will become much more restricted, and you may begin to lose all the things that make life worth living. Who wants this ?


How much do you spend to keep your Good Health ?

Most people spend more thought - money - time and effort on their homes - cars - and pets - than they do on their own bodies and maintaining their health.

They will maintain their car to operate at peak performance doing whatever is necessary to attain a smooth running reliable vehicle that will operate as it should when it should. They spend whatever it takes to keep their autos dependable and worry free.

Think about it this way - your car was built to last anywhere from 8 to 10 years and you can replace it at anytime with another one just like it -or- switch to another model or buy a truck, for that matter !

If your house were to be demolished, your homeowner's insurance would pay to build you another.

We make sure our pets have the best most nutritious food and supplements for their health that money can buy.

Yet in regard to ourselves, we seldom give a passing thought to what may be going on inside our bodies and what damage we may be doing or have done.

Most people spend the majority of their younger years intent on gathering wealth. Thinking about money and the ways and means to accumulate the maximum amount possible. Never giving much thought to maintaining their good health. Then, as they get older, they end up spending most of their wealth to re-gain their lost good health and sense of well-being.

We would never work our pets to the brink of death or run our vehicles with no oil in the engine. Yet we run our own bodies down nearly to the point of no return on a regular basis.

Your Good Health was given to you Free of Charge
Does this mean it's not worth anything to you?

Your body and good health is given to you Free at birth.
In most cases we are born blessed with good health.

You are the most miraculous awesome living creation the world has ever seen.

You are such a wondrous complicated creation that no one no matter how much money they were given can ever duplicate you. You are unique - a "one-of-a-kind".

Therefore your good health should be "Priceless" to you. Yet because it was given free of charge, many of us tend to take it for granted.

Your body should last over 100 years, if you take care of it properly. It's the only body you will ever have or ever be given.

Yet we often disregard or "pooh-pooh" natural health advice and nutrition and opt instead for quick junk food - little or no exercise - prescriptions - extra long hours spent at work.... in other words we abuse it and treat it as if it were worth nothing and go with the attitude of "live for the day".

Well, in some cases that's a Good Idea - but living like there's no tomorrow (health wise) can be a self-fulfilling prophecy. The point of "no tomorrow" can be here sooner than you may wish.

When we start feeling ill or "not up to par", we just chalk it up to temporary "Bad Luck". We keep abusing our bodies feeding them any old unhealthy foods - drink whatever - stress it - tax our entire systems to the point of maximum overload. We tend to put ourselves and our own health on the back burner, until something awful happens that we can no longer ignore.


Are you at the end of your rope yet?

It's time to look back and contemplate where things may have started to go wrong and why.

It seems that almost overnight you are laid low - almost nothing works as it should - many days you don't even feel like getting out of bed. You can't figure out what could be happening to you.

So what do you do at this point? Most people simply panic and rush off to the Doctor's office. You tell the Doctor all your problems. Running down the laundry list of everything that's gone awry.

Humpty Dumpty fell off the wall and a thousand and one pieces can't be put back together again in a day or two. But that is exactly what we expect . "Just give me the latest and greatest ' Magic Pill " and I'll be on my way!"

As if you didn't have enough problems, now with all the man-made chemicals wreaking havoc with your poor liver and stomach and digestive system - your brain chemistry altered . . . where will it all end?

You can jump on the Merry-go-round of Doctor's visits - more prescriptions - more complications - more Doctor's visits - more side-effects - to hospital for endless "tests" - on and on and round and round you go.

The thing is you end up going in a circle - you're not getting anywhere - you are not making forward progress.

The Merry-go-round ride will spin you faster and faster with more and more problems that escalate as you go round and round.

You are spending how much money ? Spending how much of your valuable time on Doctor's appointments, etc. - worrying and stressing yourself so that all the problems only become worse.

What can you do? Well, you can either decide to say:
"Stop the ride, I want to get off!"

Or you can stay on the ride and wait until it's spinning so fast, it finally throws you off. That is when the Doctor's tell you there is nothing more they can do for you.

You know - nothing will really change in your life until you decide you cannot tolerate your present situation any longer.

Once you make the decision that you cannot tolerate the "Present"
You will then be able to create a different "Future" for yourself.
