Those of us with Celiac Disease, need to be especially careful when dining out. If you decide to go out to eat, you want it to be an enjoyable occasion. A little ground work will be in order and this list can help. Gluten Free Restaurants are still hard to find, but some of the chain restaurants offer menu options.

You will need to go to the websites of the restaurants that don't have a direct link to a viewable menu. You can then download a printable menu from their site.

Remember cross contamination issues, if you are highly sensitive, you will want to avoid the fried or grilled food. You can ask if they prepare food in a strict gluten free environment. There will be very few restaurants that do this.
A note: Keep in mind, some of the restaurants listed on this gluten free restaurants guide, may have opened a new restaurant in certain states very recently. Places open and close all the time. So be sure and check to see if one has opened very recently in your area. Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano : They say they have gluten free pastas available. I would call ahead and check with your local restaurant. Locations : CO, IA, IL, IN, MN, NE, NC, NY, UT, WI. They also have a pretty good selection and a downloadable menu is available. Click here for the downloadable menu.
Bonefish Grill : This restaurant is an affiliate of Outback Steakhouse and has restaurants in most states. They have a Gluten Free downloadable menu available. Just click here.
Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse : In a limited area : CT, DE, GA, MA, MD,ME, NH, NY, PA, RI. They have a downloadable menu. Just click here.
Carrabas Italian Grill : This is another affiliate of Outback Steakhouse.They are in most of the states. They have a gluten free menu in cooperation with the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). Click here for their downloadable menu.
Charlie Brown's Steakhouse : Limited locations : NJ, NY,PA. You have to make your own substitutions, for the most part. You can click here for the menu.
Cheeseburger in Paradise : They don't have gluten free buns...., but they do have a gluten free menu. You have to "leave off bun", etc. I would ask for a substitution. They have locations in: FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC ,VA, WI
Chili's : They have a downloadable list of gluten free suggestions and their list changes monthly. They have allergen info, such as foods containing , soy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts wheat and gluten. "Suggested menu options" for Wheat/Gluten - allergies. Click here to download.
99 Restaurants: Family dining, mostly in the New England area : CT, MA, ME, NH, NH, NY, PA, RI. Click here to see the menu.
On The Border : Serves most all states , even Alaska and many Canadian Provinces. Their menu changes monthly. There is a box that says at the top "Additional Information" and below that , you can click on "Nutritional Info" or "Allergen Info".
Outback Steakhouse : They have a downloadable menu. They are, as you probably already know, in most all states. You can click here to download.
P. F. Chang's China Bistro : Serves most , but not all states. ( No locations ) that I could find in the following. . . . MA, MT, ND, SD, NH, WY, WV. The Longhorn Steakhouse : They have locations in 28 states : AL, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KA, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, MO, NH, NJ, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV. The Old Spaghetti Factory : You can check out their gluten free menu here. At the bottom it says it is not a gluten free establishment, and some cross contamination may occur. That is something that can occur in any restaurant that is not exclusively gluten free, so I admire them for being honest. Locations in : AZ, CA, CO, GA, HI, IN, KY, MO, OR, OH, TN, UT, WA.

Wildfire: Steaks, Chops and Seafood - they have a Celiac page you can check out here - Wildfire Restaurant.
