The following unhealthy foods
should be avoided.

Most of us have gone on year after year with a poor diet of unhealthy foods, processed food and fast food.....

We eat "Mystery Meat" hot dogs, luncheon meats full of artificial preservatives - salami's - sausages - pepperoni's, etc. made of who knows what ingredients?

And now we have to worry about - GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) fruits and vegetables, where DNA molecules from different sources are combined to create an entirely different and new gene. The list grows longer every day!

Nightshades
Many health care professionals are now recommending that people with all forms of arthritis avoid most foods in the nightshade family.

They are thought to increase the amount of inflammation in your body. This of course, is something we ALL want and need to avoid.

These reports say that nightshades can leech calcium and other trace minerals and elements from your bones and body - due in part, to the high levels of alkaloids.

White potatoes (nightshade family!) contain - Solanine which can cause a toxic effect in many people. White potatoes are used in all fast-food restaurants for - fries - and are commonly wrapped in foil and baked.The toxic substance Solanine, can have a harmful effect on many people. It is known to contribute to calcium depletion, arthritis and stiff painful joints throughout the body.

John Kingsbury in his book - "Poisonous Plants of the US and Canada" - sites documented studies that report when Solanine was eaten in large quantities, by humans or livestock - the outcome was death.

Solanine can accumulate in your body and take years for the bad effects to show up in the form of osteoporosis, nervousness, sleeplessness, and arthritis complications and pain.

E211 - Sodium Benzoate - Preservative

Long term studies have recently gained world-wide attention. This popular preservative, used in many foods, drinks and even some medicines. Is now raising calls for alarm. Sodium benzoate occurs naturally in berries, but is used in high-dosage, concentrated form, most commonly in the soft drink industry to prevent mold in soft drinks such as Pepsi Max, Fanta, Sprite and Children's popular fruity drinks. It is also added to Pickles - Sauces and more.

Sodium benzoate has ramifications far greater than you may know, including cancer, because when mixed with the additive vitamin C in soft drinks, it makes benzene, a carcinogenic chemical.

It also interferes with DNA and normal cell processes. It switches off vital parts of DNA by destroying parts of the mitrochondria. The problem - usually associated with aging and alcohol abuse - can eventually lead to cirrhosis of the liver and degenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s.

If you are aware of any allergic reactions to foods, such as PEANUTS or SHELLFISH . You must ALWAYS avoid these.

There are some food items on this list, which we consider to be unhealthy foods,(foods that can cause inflammation) that are popular and even recommended on some other health foods lists. Some of these items are put into "health food" products. For instance, Tomatoes - (nightshade family!) - which have vitamin C (which is good) and Lycopene.

HOWEVER - the vitamin C and other minerals present in the tomato can be had from many other healthy sources. Lycopene is taken from the tomato and then put into countless other health food products and also sold separately as a supplement for heart or prostate health. BE CAREFUL If you are sensitive to the tomato you may also be sensitive to any product with Lycopene as an added ingredient. Keep this in mind when reading ingredient lists. This is just one item that may surprise you, there are more....!

We realize this may fly in the face of many other health websites, but your Positive Results will bear us out. If you decide to try and eliminate these unhealthy foods.

While some of these unhealthy foods, may not trigger an allergic, inflammatory response. They can contribute to problems, such as weight gain, diabetes, yeast/candida, fungus.

The easiest, and the most simple thing for you to do, is to stay away from these unhealthy foods and then keep track of how you are feeling.

Avoid these foods, snacks, desserts, drinks, etc. for at least (3) months. Keep a journal, or diary, or jot notes on a calendar on a daily basis.

Take note how you feel when you start. Both physically and mentally.

If you stay away from these unhealthy foods and then decide to eat something on the list, be sure and make note of how you feel, a few hours to a few days later.

If you want to eat something on the unhealthy foods list - add only ONE item at a time so that you will understand if it triggers a negative reaction or not. Learn from your experience and avoid these unhealthy foods!




Think about trying to find foods that are grown properly -Organically . Foods that are grown in complete, mineral rich soil, naturally. Check out local produce. Wild foods and wild game.

    Carcinogen in animals - can produce bad reaction in people with asthmatic conditions

    Disodium 5-ribonucleotide - flavouring

    Associated with itchy skin rashes up to 30 hours after ingestion - common in instant noodles and more

These are just a few of the more common food and drink additives. Do not take them lightly. If your immune system - or your child's immune system is already taxed, don't add these things to your diet and give your body one more toxin to deal with. We are exposed to many environmental pollutants on a more or less constant basis. Why ingest them knowingly?





Does an icy cold Cola
Sound Good right about now ?

Well, stop and think about this - all the Colas are extremely acidic -they have a pH Level of around 2.5. OK, maybe if we just neutralize that extremely acidic cola by drinking some water! It will take about 32 glasses of water with a ( pH level of 10.) to completely neutralize that one icy cold cola! And remember, plain water is not even close to an alkaline level of 10. which is extremely high - plain water is closer to around 7.-7.2. - You can purchase specialty water with high levels of alkalinity - but do you really feel like drinking 32 glasses ? Either way - just isn't healthy!

You can use your own imagination to try and come up with a good idea for your non-stick pots and pans. But don't use them over heat, the fumes are noxious. For you AND your pets.




This Unhealthy Foods List may have a few Surprises

It's different from any other we have ever seen. In all my years combing the internet for a Healthy Food List and Unhealthy Foods List, I have never seen anything exactly like it.

You can find literally thousands of food recommendation lists, but they all contain items that WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. How many lists out there have over three decades of use and positive results?

This Unhealthy Foods List, boldly goes where no one has ever gone.

Most people don't want to rock the boat of the established ideas and popular beliefs. It's difficult to put things on a list of Unhealthy Foods that are being touted as Healthy and beneficial. Too much controversy!

It's much easier to try and find a few good qualities in a food if it is something that most people like and want to eat. After all - everyone wants to be popular. . .

Note: a close relative of mine is always asking me about the latest diet fad and when I explain my reservations - she will inevitably go out and buy the book! If she's reading this right now - You know who you are!

What she doesn't realize, is that people want to sell books. And what better way to sell a diet book, than to tell you it's just fine to eat all your favorite foods? You become tantalized by the thought of your favorite dessert as a foundation for a diet. Smoke and mirrors... the oldest trick there is! You may lose weight - but what is the cost? Both to your pocketbook and your health.

The easy way out is not necessarily the Best way.

~ No matter which way you slice them! ~

There will always be another gimmick diet. And there will always be an audience ready and willing to listen to the easy way. It's so tempting and hard to resist.

By following the Original Lists and the Basic keys Guide, you will lose weight naturally and keep it off.

Getting healthy and staying healthy should be your ultimate goal. All the rest will follow, naturally.

This is a healthy living lifestyle change, not a diet. Diets don't work. Healthy Living - does.

I know this No List will raise some eyebrows and scoffs of disbelief, but go right ahead. I don't blame you a bit. I did the very same thing myself and so did the rest of my family, at first.

We are so ingrained with the idea that certain foods are supposed to Good for you. These foods were on a poster in our classrooms in grade school. We even had tests to be sure we memorized our "healthy foods". It's hard to come to the realization, that it just MAY NOT be true. That is why , I am not surprised, NOT to see another list exactly like this anywhere.

Most people don't want to be told that something may not be good for them, when you have been hearing for so long that it IS. Especially if you enjoy eating particular things.

You have been taught since you can remember, wholesome- this and good for you- that.

If you are in poor health, and you are eating all the recommended (Healthy) foods. You may want to stop and re-consider your diet.

We know you may find it a bit difficult in the beginning. But if "Quality of Life" is important to you - and if you have been missing out on doing the things you love. You need to think about making a change.

Would you rather be sitting in your Doctor's waiting room on a beautiful sunny day on yet another visit? Or out with friends and family enjoying yourself and all the activities and fun life has to offer?

Give it a try! What have you got to lose? Pain and discomfort? Excess weight? A hopeless feeling? Take charge - take control and get well.

Try eliminating these Unhealthy Foods for at least 3 Months. Keep a Journal - or jot notes on a big calendar. If it works for you - Tell your friends and family .
